在進行檢測前必須先完整閱讀使用說明書，使用前將本品和尿樣恢復至室溫（20℃～30℃）。
- 撕開鋁箔袋，取出試劑盒，應在1小時內(nèi)盡快使用。
- 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺面上，用塑料吸管垂直滴加3滴無空氣泡的尿樣（約100µL）于加樣孔（S）中。
- 等待紫紅色條帶的出現(xiàn)，3～5分鐘時直接觀察結(jié)果，10分鐘后判定無效。
